1. Nature of Customized Products
Most products sold on MyAlbumZone.in are personalized with names, photos, text, logos, or custom designs. Since these items are specially made for each customer, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, only if design / production has not started.
- Once printing/customization begins, cancellation is not possible.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Eligible Cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective item received
- Personalization error made by our team (different from approved photo or text or content)
Not Eligible Cases:
- Damaged product received during transit
- Customer provided wrong spelling, wrong photo, or wrong design details
- Slight color variation due to screen/display differences
- Delay caused by courier partner
- Change of mind after production starts
- Minor handmade finishing variations
4. Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a damaged or product:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the package and product on WhatsApp 9986205444
- We will immediately escalate it to courier partner. Only upon receiving approval from them the possible refund or returns will be provided
- Since logistics is done by thrid party associates, My Album Zone will not take any responsibility regards to transit damages
- After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement product, or
- Store credit, or
- Partial/full refund (case dependent)
5. Refund Processing Time
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method or UPI/Bank transfer
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, we may arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.
- If return is not due to our error, shipping charges are non-refundable.
