1. No refunds will be provided for:

Products that are printed and ready to ship/pick up.

Courier damages and delays (as product video is shared before dispatch).

Cancellation Policy

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.

2. We usually process all orders within a few hours of being placed and dispatch them on the same day.

3. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
