Shipping & Delivery Policy

How We Ship

1. All our products are shipped via India Post / Professional / DTDC Couriers using normal shipping mode.

2. Home delivery is available.

3. Courier charges are additional and will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Hyperlocal / Fast shipping is available within Bangalore at actual cost and must be paid by the customer.


Courier Cut-Off Time

1. Our daily courier cut-off time is 4 PM. Orders placed after this will be shipped the next business day.


Tracking & Damages

1. We will share the courier tracking number once your parcel is booked.

2. Customers are expected to track and coordinate with the courier company for updates or concerns.

3. We are not responsible for:

Misplacement of products

4. We cannot assure specific delivery dates or times as these depend on third-party courier partners.


Fixed-Time Deliveries

1. Fixed-time delivery is not available.

2. Deliveries will be made as per the courier company’s schedule, subject to their terms and conditions.


Courier Delivery Policy

1. All free delivery orders are fulfilled through third-party courier services.

2. Delivery dates are estimated, and orders may arrive earlier or later than the selected date.

3. The delivery date selected is non-binding and depends on product availability and the shipping destination.

4. Courier personnel do not call before delivery — ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

5. Redirection of delivery address is not possible once the parcel is dispatched.

6. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

7. Delays may occur due to strikes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. If delivery fails under the following scenarios, the order will be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued:

Incorrect delivery address

Recipient unavailable

Locked premises

Recipient refuses delivery


Delivery Timelines

1. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on location and distance.

2. In certain areas, courier partners may request customer pickup from their office if delivery is not feasible. This decision is solely up to the courier company.

3. No refunds will be provided for:

Products that are printed and ready to ship/pick up

Courier delays or damages (product video will be shared before dispatch)
